This “T” shaped, 4000 square-foot stage is the ideal space for commercial, episodic television, infomercial and feature film shoots. Conveniently located beside the loading dock, it is designed to allow large equipment and set pieces to be brought in and out of the space quickly and effortlessly. With plenty of space for up to five cars, several hundred people or even a few elephants, this is the most versatile of our studios.

    Studio Specifications

    • T-Shaped 92'x37' and 30'x28' (4,700 sq. ft.)
    • 400 Amp / 3-phase power.
    • Cyc : 23' high x 104' long with black surround walls (grid height 20' 10").
    • Pre rigged fully lit cyclorama, consisting of 12 x 3 light Cyc strips on individual dimmers with its own 175 amp 3-phase supply all controlled by an Express 48/96 dimmer board (price on request).
    • Loading Doors 10'W x14'H with truck level loading dock and adjustable ramp.
    • Includes Air Conditioning/Heating, exhaust fan, hair/make-up rooms, dressing rooms and studio kitchen.
    • Use of large lunch/Green area and high speed Internet.
    • Shoot: $1455.00/12 hr. day.
    • Overtime: $150/hr.
    • Hourly: $150/hr.

    Extra Services

    • Full lighting and grip packages on site (POR).
    • Scissor lift @ $100.00 per day.
    • Paint and/or repaint services.
    • Construction and woodworking services.
